Chocolate clusters

Ingredients

  • 400
    g
    sugar
  • 30
    g
    cocoa powder
  • 125
    ml
    milk
  • 125
    g
    butter, cubed
  • 300
    g
    rolled oats
  • 120
    g
    coconut
  • 100
    g
    walnuts, finely chopped
 

Method

10 minutes
 
Place the sugar, cocoa, milk and butter in a saucepan and stir over a low heat until the butter has melted and the sugar has completely dissolved.
Bring to the boil and simmer for one minute, then remove from the heat.
Add the oats, coconut and walnuts to the mixture and stir until well combined.
Spoon clusters onto a lined baking tray, working quickly.
Allow to set, then store in an airtight container.
