  • 200

    sugar
  • 210
    g
    cake flour
  • 50
    ml
    cocoa powder
  • 15
    ml
    baking soda
  • 2
    ml
    salt
  • 125
    ml
    boiling water
  • 125
    ml
    oil
 

Method

30 mins
 
Oven to 180 degrees.

Whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.

Sift the dry ingredients and gently fold into the mixture with water and oil.

Turn into two lined cake tins and bake for about 25 minutes.

It is generally cooked after about 30 minutes.
