Chocolate and almond kisses

  • 30
    ml
    rum
  • 80
    ml
    raisins
  • 50
    g
    almond flakes, toasted
  • 200
    g
    dark chocolate, broken into squares
 

Method

 
Mix the rum and raisins and leave until the raisins have absorbed all the liquid. Add the almond flakes and mix. Melt the chocolate over boiling water or in the microwave oven, stirring frequently. Mix with the raisin mixture. Drop teaspoonfuls on a sheet of aluminium foil and chill until set. Makes 10-12 kisses.
