2. Knead to form a smooth dough, then
press into an ungreased baking tin.
Prick the surface all over with a fork.
Sprinkle the coarsely chopped nuts over
the surface and press lightly. Bake in
a preheated oven for 20 minutes, then
reduce the heat to 120°C and bake for a
further hour or until cooked through.
3. Cut into squares or rectangles while still
warm. Leave to cool slightly before turning
out onto a cooling rack, then leave to
