    honey

Method

1. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt, then stir in the sugar. Combine the egg, milk, and oil.

2. Add the liquid ingredients to the flour mixture. Mix well before stirring in the chocolate chips.

3. Fry a ladle at a time in a non-stick frying pan. Turn when bubbles form on the surface and cook until both sides are golden brown. Keep warm.

4. Honey sauce. Heat the honey, butter and cinnamon. Serve drizzled over the pancakes, along with cream or ice cream.
