  • 60
    ml
    olive oil
  • 5
    ml
    bottled chilli paste
  • 10
    ml
    grated fresh ginger
  • 5
    ml
    crushed fresh garlic
  • 2
    ml
    mustard powder
 

Method

 
Blend all ingredients together and smooth over fish fillets, on one side only (see grilled linefish recipe). Allow to stand for 10 to 15 minutes before grilling.
