Ingredients (6)

150.00 g sausages — chicken
1.00 lentils — tinned
1.00 tinned tomatoes — chopped, Italian
1.00 onion — finely chopped
2.00 garlic — cloves, finely chopped
2.00 olive oil

Method:

Heat the olive oil, add the garlic and onion and cook over a low heat until soft and golden brown. Add the sausage and cook for a few minutes before adding the lentils and tomatoes. Leave over a low heat until the liquid is reduced and you have a nice thick sauce. Serve immediately.
