Chicken liver pâté with cranberry jelly

  • 150
    g
    ready-made chicken liver pâté
  • 75
    g
    sweet-chilli-flavoured
  • 125
    ml
    cream cheese
  • 30
    ml
    port
  • 80
    ml
    cranberry jelly
  • 30
    ml
    chilli breadsticks, to serve or
  • 50
    ml
    melba toast, to serve
 

Method

1. Mix the pâté, cream cheese and port until smooth. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

2. Spoon into small serving bowls, top with cranberry jelly and refrigerate.

3. Just before serving, place the breadsticks in the pan. Serve with Melba toast.
