    cooked chicken breast fillets, diced

    onion rings
  • 8
    black olives, pitted
  • 4
    lettuce leaves, shredded
  • SAUCE
  • 125
    ml
    sour cream
  • 25
    ml
    mayonnaise
  • 1
    clove garlic, crushed
  • 5
    ml
    French mustard
  • 5
    ml
    chilli and garlic sauce
  • 10
    ml
    lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper
 

Method

 
Lightly combine the diced chicken, onion rings, olives and lettuce leaves. Blend all the sauce ingredients and pour over chicken mixture. Mix well and spoon into pita bread. Serves 2.
