  • For the Brie and cranberry sauce
  • 6
    cranberry jelly
  • 8
    slices brie cheese
  • For the Chicken Rolls
  • 800
    chicken sausages
  • 1
    olive oil
  • Bread rolls of your choice (either good old hot dog rolls, ciabattas or mini baguettes)
  • Handful fresh rocket leaves
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


1. In a small saucepan, or in the microwave, loosen your cranberry jelly with 1 Tbsp hot water and warm through. Prepare your brie slices and set aside.

2. Meanwhile, cook your chicken sausages on the BBQ, for about 15 minutes, depending on the thickness, turning half way. Remove form the heat and set aside to rest on a warmed serving plate.

3. Assemble your rolls with the cranberry sauce, brie, chicken sausage and rocket leaves.
