    ml
    ready-mix (see recipe)
  • 1
    ml
    salt
  • 5
    ml
    baking powder
  • pinch salt
  • 250
    ml
    Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 125
    ml
    milk
 

Method

 
Preheat the oven to 220 ºC (425 ºF). Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray or grease well. Mix the ready-mix, salt, baking powder and cayenne pepper. Add the cheese and mix. Add the milk and mix with a knife to form a soft dough. Drop spoonfuls of the dough into the prepared tins. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown on top. Serve hot with extra cheese. Makes 10 cheese puffs.
