    cayenne pepper

    spring onions, chopped

    mature Cheddar, grated
  • 2
    large eggs
  • 80
    ml
    oil
  • 120
    ml
    milk
  • 1
    tin
    410g can creamed sweet corn

Oven temperature: 200°C
1. Sift the flour, salt and cayenne pepper. Add the spring onions and Cheddar.

2. Whisk the eggs, oil and milk in a separate bowl. Stir in the sweet corn. Add to the dry ingredients and stir until just mixed. Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake in a preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm with butter.
