Ingredients (9)

1 green beans — fine
1 pnp finest extra-virgin olive oil — drizzle
1 pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 anchovies — white, marinated,drained
DRESSING:
3 Tbs pnp finest extra-virgin olive oil
3 Tbs vinegar — white balsamic
3 Tbs Dijon mustard
3 Tbs mustard — whole-grain
1 anchovy fillets — in oil, chopped

Method:

Toss green beans in olive oil to coat and season well.

Cook in a griddle pan until slightly charred and just tender.

Toss with white anchovies.

Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over hot beans.

Season with milled pepper and serve.
