  • 6
    sugar cubes
  • 1
    dash bitters
  • 1
    bottle champagne
  • 120
    ml
    brandy

Method

 
Place a sugar cube in the bottom of each flute.

Add a dash of bitters and a tot of brandy. Top with Champagne (or sparkling wine or MCC).
