Cassava with coconut sauce

  • Cassava, peeled and boiled
  • coconut milk
  • Fish (changu) or use any firm white fish such as hake
 

Method

 
Cook cassava in coconut milk until soft. Place fish on top of cassava and cook until flavours are well blended.
