    medium bananas
  • 125
    g
    pecan nuts
  • 125
    g
    sultanas
  • 50
    g
    brown sugar
  • 60
    ml
    maple syrup
  • 60
    ml
    dark rum
 

Method

 
1. Slice bananas and place in an ovenproof dish. Top with pecan nuts, sultanas and sugar. 2. Mix syrup with dark rum and pour over. Grill 4 to 5 minutes or until the sugar begins to bubble. 3. Serve immediately with whipped cream or custard.
