    instant caramel pudding

    milk
  • whipped cream and chopped nuts for decoration
 

Method

 
Mix all the dry ingredients together. Melt the butter, add it and mix well. Press into a 22 cm pie dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ºC for 15 minutes and cool completely. Whisk the instant pudding and milk together until thick. Pour into the baked pie crust and allow to set slightly. Decorate with cream rosettes and chopped nuts.
