    large capers allicci (pickled white anchovies) or good quality anchovies in oil
  • 20
    g
    pickled chillies
 

Method

 
Spear large capers, allicci (pickled white anchovies) or good quality anchovies in oil, on toothpicks with pickled chillies. Serve balanced over a glass of wine or dry sherry.
