Cut a small hole in the top of the camembert.Drizzle olive oil in the centre.Add some rosemary leaves pulled off the woody stalk and some thinly sliced garlic.Sprinkle
some parmesan over the top and grind some fresh black pepper over.
Replace the little hats of camembert you remove.
Leave them in the foil and place in an ovenproof dish, bake at 180 for about 15 minutes.
Warm a loaf of ciabatta in the oven.
Serve bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
