Cajun-flavoured buffalo chicken wings

  • 12
    chicken wings
  • Cajun spice
  • oil for deep frying
  • 2
    ripe avocado pears
  • 125
    ml
    smooth cream cheese
  • 15
    ml
    lemon juice
 

Method

20 minutes
 
Cut the chicken wings in half at the joints and sprinkle with Cajun spice.
Heat oil over a medium heat, then fry the chicken wings in batches until golden brown.
Drain on absorbent paper and place on a serving platter.
To make the dip, mix together the remaining ingredients, season to taste with salt and serve with the chicken wings.
