Butternut and bean pancakes

    g
    butter beans, drained
  • 500
    ml
    cooked and mashed butternut
  • 8
    readymade pancakes
  • 500
    ml
    readymade cheese sauce
  • salt and milled black pepper
 

Method

 
Preheat grill. Divide butter beans and butternut into 4 portions each and place on a 1/4 section of each pancake. Fold pancake into quarters and place on a large baking sheet. Pour cheese sauce over pancakes and grill until lightly browned. Season and serve with a salad.
