15.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
5.00 ml sesame oil
400.00 g broccoli
30.00 ml soy sauce — light
30.00 ml water
50.00 g cashew nuts — toasted

Method:

Heat oil in a large pan or wok.
Add broccolini (long, tender-stemmed broccoli) and stir-fry for one minute.
Add soya sauce and water and cook until tender, about five minutes.
Add cashew nuts, season and serve.
