Broccoli and feta omelette with toast

Ingredients

  • 1
    cup
    chopped broccoli
  • 2
    Tbs
    feta cheese
  • 2
    slices of toasted bread
  • 1/4
    tsp
    dried dill
 

Method

Heat a nonstick pan on medium heat, add broccoli and cook for 3 minutes.

Make a mixture of eggs, feta and dill and add that mixture to the pan.

Cook it for about 4 minutes and then flip it on the other side and cook for 2 more minutes.

When it is cooked through, serve it with toast.
