    g
    cake flour
  • 15
    ml
    baking powder
  • 2
    ml
    salt
  • 25
    g
    butter
  • 175
    ml
    milk
 

Method

Preheat oven to 240 ºC. Sift dry ingredients together and rub in butter using your fingertips. Use a spatula to work in milk, mixing in just enough to combine ingredients. Turn out on to a floured surface and press together lightly, then roll out to 2 cm thickness. Cut into squares or triangles and place on a greased baking tray, leaving about 2 cm space between the shapes. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes. Makes 8-10.
