Ingredients

  • Snoek
  • Crushed garlic
  • Onions, chopped
  • Tomatoes, chopped
  • Green pepper, chopped
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
 

Method

20 mins
 
Butterfly fish.
Place fish on a piece of foil.
Top with crushed garlic, onions, tomatoes, green pepper and butter.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook in the foil, on the braai, until fish is done.
