Braaied pork spareribs with peaches

  • BASTING SAUCE
  • 125
    ml
    clear honey
  • 60
    ml
    soy sauce
  • 4
    cloves garlic, crushed
  • BRAAIED PEACHES
  • 820
    g
    peach halves, drained
  • grated nutmeg
  • milled pepper
 

Method

 
BASTING SAUCE: Mix honey with soy sauce and garlic and brush ribs generously. Braai, turning and basting often with honey mixture, until crisp and cooked. BRAAIED PEACHES Sprinkle peaches with nutmeg and black pepper and braai for a few minutes, turning once. Serve with spareribs.
