Bocconcini and tomato mini-kebabs

Ingredients

    very small whole bocconcinis
  • 10
    ml
    fresh parsley, chopped
  • 5
    ml
    chives, chopped
  • 20
    ml
    olive oil
  • 1
    ml
    salt
  • 1
    ml
    freshly ground black pepper
  • 10
    small cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 20
    basil leaves
 

Method

 
Place the bocconcini in a mixing bowl, add the parsley, chives, olive oil, salt and pepper and mix lightly.
Cover and leave in the fridge for at least one hour.
Slide a cherry tomato half onto a toothpick, followed by a basil leaf, a bocconcini ball, another basil leaf and lastly, another cherry tomato half.
