    cup
    berry Mix (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 1/2
    cup
    coconut milk
  • 1
    cup
    purified water
  • 1/8
    cup
    rolled oats
 

Method

 
Place all ingredients into a high quality blender and pulse until smooth.
