    fish fillets (kingklip, hake or whiting)
  • 25
    ml
    Cajun spice (see recipe)
  • 30
    ml
    oil
  • 30
    ml
    butter
 

Method

 
1. Wash and dry fish fillets and sprinkle Cajun spice on both sides of fillets. 2. Heat oil and butter in a heavy-based frying pan. Fry fish until done, about 2 minutes on each side. Serve immediately with salad or vegetables in season.
