Ingredients

    ricotta cheese
  • 100
    g
    gorgonzola cheese
  • 100
    g
    pecorino cheese, grated
  • 30
    ml
    (2 tbsp) Italian parsley
  • 8
    basil leaves, chopped
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • 5
    pinch
    salt
  • 5
    pinch
    freshly ground black pepper
  • 12
    slices parma ham, pancetta or prosciutto
 

Method

Preheat the oven to 150°C. Mix all the ingredients together except the ham. Line a 12-cup patty pan tray with the ham slices.
Bake for 6 minutes. Spoon the mixture into the cups and bake for 15 minutes or until set. Eat warm.
