Ingredients

  • 250
    g
    sponge finger biscuits
  • sherry
  • readymade custard
  • fresh or canned berries of your choice
  • 80
    g
    jelly
  • whipped cream
 

Method

 
Layer the bottom of a bowl with finger biscuits. Sprinkle with 25 ml sherry. Cover with 250 ml readymade custard and a layer of fresh or canned berries. Chop a packet of jelly, which has been prepared and set, into pieces and distribute half over the berries. Cover with 125 ml whipped cream. Repeat layers and decorate with berries.
