Ingredients

  • 500
    ml
    fresh raspberries
  • 1.25
    Litres
    cranberry juice
  • 60
    ml
    lemon juice
  • sugar to taste
  • ice
  • lime slices and fresh mint to decorate
 

Method

 
Process the fresh raspberries in a food processor.
Add the cranberry juice and lemon juice while the processor is running. Add sugar to taste.
Pour into chilled glasses filled with ice and decorate with lime slices and fresh mint.
