Berry and orange twirl

    youngberries
  • 10
    ml
    cornflour
  • 12
    oranges, peeled, segmented and membranes removed
  • 3
    cans strawberries
  • clusters of lemon verbena leaves
 

Method

 
Blend a little youngberry canning juice with cornflour until smooth. Mix in youngberries and cool. Place oranges in a glass bowl. Purée 1 can of strawberries. Add purée and remaining drained strawberries. Twirl in youngberries. Chill thoroughly. Decorate with sprigs of lemon verbena and serve with chilled pavlovas. TOTAL KILOJOULE COUNT: 7 960 kJ (1 900 Cal). A portion: 570 kJ (135 Cal).
