Ingredients (5)

410.00 g youngberries
10.00 ml cornflour
12.00 orange — segments
3.00 strawberries — tinned
fresh lemon verbena

Method:

Blend a little youngberry canning juice with cornflour until smooth. Mix in youngberries and cool.
Place oranges in a glass bowl. Purée 1 can of strawberries. Add purée and remaining drained strawberries.
Twirl in youngberries. Chill thoroughly.
Decorate with sprigs of lemon verbena and serve with chilled pavlovas.
