Basil and spinach pesto

Ingredients

    g
    fresh basil
  • 60
    g
    spinach leaves
  • 30
    g
    pine nuts
  • 4
    cloves
    garlic
  • 150
    ml
    olive oil
  • 5
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 5
    ml
    lemon rind
  • Parmesan cheese
 

Method

 
Place all ingredients in a liquidiser. Blend until smooth.
Stir into hot, drained pasta.
Sprinkle with shaved Parmesan cheese.
