  • 375
    ml
    ready-mix
  • 125
    ml
    cake flour
  • 5
    ml
    baking powder
  • 125
    ml
    milk
 

Method

 
Preheat the oven to 220 ºC (425 ºF). Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray or grease well. Mix the ready-mix, cake flour and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Add just enough milk, and cut with a knife until just blended to make a dough that rolls out easily. Roll out on a floured surface until about 2 cm thick and cut out scones. Place on the baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes or until done.
