Method:

Prepare the basic baking mixture and turn into a prepared 27 cm pie dish. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a testing skewer comes out clean when inserted into the centre of the tart. Prick the tart with a thin skewer. Blend the butter and Marmite. Spread over the hot tart as soon as it comes out of the oven. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and return to the oven until the cheese has just melted. Serve hot.
