Barbeque pork

Ingredients

  • 1/2
    cup
    tomato sauce
  • 1/2
    cup
    Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3
    cup
    vinegar
  • 1
    tsp
    mustard
  • 1/2
    tsp
    paprika
  • 1/4
    cup
    brown sugar
  • Chilli
  • 1
    clove garlic, crushed
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1
    medium onion
  • 500
    g
    pork, cubed
  • Slow cooker
 

Method

4 hours
 
Combine all ingredients except for the onion and pork in a bowl, whisk until blended then add the onion and pork.
Cook the pork for 2 hours on high and 2 hours on low. You could of course use an ordinary casserole and cook it in the oven until done.
Serve with mielies and rice.
