    Bar One, cut into small pieces
  • 65
    ml
    butter
  • 80
    ml
    white sugar
  • 500
    ml
    puffed rice
  • 15
    ml
    golden syrup
  • 250
    ml
    coconut
 

Method

 
Grease a shallow 22 cm square oven dish with butter or spray with non-stick spray. Melt the Bar One and butter over low heat, stirring continuously. Remove from the heat and add the puffed rice and coconut, mixing well. Turn out into the oven dish and press firmly onto the base of the dish. Cool and place in the fridge to chill. Cut into squares, then into triangles. Arrange between layers of wax paper and store in an airtight container. Makes 32 small triangles.
