Banana yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 4
    bananas
  • 30
    ml
    honey
  • 100
    g
    hazelnuts, chopped
  • 500
    ml
    low-fat natural yoghurt
  • biscuits, to serve
 

Method

 
Mash the bananas really well and mix in the honey, nuts and yoghurt.
Spoon into tumblers and eat straight away.
Eat with biscuits such as wafers, or for something a little more special, serve with a wedge of panforte.
