Banana caramel cups

    Tennis biscuits
  • 125
    ml
    coconut
  • 125
    g
    melted butter or margarine
  • 380
    g
    Nestlé Caramel Treat
  • 40
    g
    powdered cream, prepared with the water
  • 80
    ml
    water
  • 3
    ripe bananas
 

Method

 
Crush the biscuits and mix the crumbs with the coconut and butter. Divide the mixture between 6 cups or small bowls. Dip the unpeeled bananas in boiling water to prevent discoloration, peel and slice. Arrange a layer of banana slices on top of the biscuit layer. Beat the condensed milk lightly and fold in the prepared cream. Divide the mixture between the cups. Sprinkle the remaining biscuit mixture on top and chill until slightly firmer. Decorate with extra prepared cream just before serving. Serves 6.
