Baked fish in mustard sauce

    fish fillets
  • salt and pepper
  • 10
    ml
    prepared mustard
  • 15
    ml
    tomato purée
  • 2
    ml
    brown sugar
  • 2
    ml
    mixed herbs
  • 60
    ml
    cream
 

Method

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray. Arrange the fish on the baking sheet and season both sides generously with salt and pepper. Blend the remaining ingredients well and pour over the fish. Bake for 20 minutes or until the fish is done and can be easily flaked with a fork. Serve immediately with potatoes and a green salad. Serves 4.
