Mix the bacon, onion, breadcrumbs, egg and herbs.
Divide the mixture into four, shape into patties and dust with flour.
Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan and cook the patties for about 10 minutes on each side, until golden and cooked through.
Serve the patties on rolls with lettuce, tomato and thinly sliced onion.
Roll the mixture into small balls and dust in flour.
Serve in pita bread or folded tortilla with chopped lettuce, tomatoes, pineapple, avocado and chutney.
