Ingredients (4)

12.00 bacon — rindless streaky rashers
700.00 g baby potatoes — washed
fresh sage
30.00 ml fresh chillies — 573

Method:

1. Cut bacon rashers in half lengthways and wrap around potatoes with a sage leaf under each strip of bacon. Secure with a toothpick.
2. Heat olive oil in a roasting tin in a preheated oven at 200 ºC for 2 minutes. Place the potatoes in the tin, turning them to coat with oil. Roast for 40 minutes and serve hot.
