This pasta has a gorgeous spicy 'kick' from the chorizo.
 
 
 

Ingredients

 
  • 300
    g
    whole-wheat penne pasta
  • 10
    sundried tomatoes drained
  • 10
    olives- de-stoned
  • 200
    g
    chorizo sausage- sliced and fried
  • 100
    parmesan cheese- cubed
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Cook pasta according to instructions on-pack.

Drain pasta and toss gently with remaining ingredients.

Serve in bowls with chunks of bread and extra grated parmesan cheese.
