    cornflour

    baking powder

    ml
    mustard powder

    salt
  • 250
    ml
    milk
  • 100
    g
    Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 30
    ml
    fresh parsley, chopped
  • 430
    g
    asparagus pieces
  • paprika
  • freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

 
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Grease an ovenproof dish with margarine. Beat together the eggs and cornflour for about two minutes and leave for two minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and season to taste with paprika and black pepper. Blend well and turn into the prepared dish. Bake for 30-40 minutes until the egg mixture is set and golden brown. Serve hot or cold. Serves 4-6.
