Apricot balls

    dried apricots
  • 100
    g
    stoned dates
  • 100
    g
    sultanas
  • 50
    g
    ginger biscuits, crushed
  • 25
    ml
    sesame seeds
  • 5
    ml
    lemon rind
  • 10
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 75
    ml
    Nestlé condensed milk (approximately)
  • sesame seeds for rolling in
 

Method

 
Finely chop or mince the apricots, dates and sultanas, by hand or in a food processor. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well (add just enough condensed milk to form a stiff mixture). Roll the mixture into walnut-sized balls then roll in sesame seeds and arrange on a baking tray. Chill until needed.
