Amaretto peaches

    peach halves (canned)
  • 150
    g
    crushed Amaretti (almond biscuits)
  • 120
    ml
    Amaretto liqueur
  • 30
    ml
    castor sugar
  • crème fraîche to serve
 

Method

 
Place peach halves, rounded sides down, in a baking dish. Spoon crushed biscuits over. Sprinkle a little Amaretto liqueur over, then sugar. Bake for 10 minutes at 190 ºC. Pour remaining Amaretto over and serve with crème fraîche.
