Method:

Fill a small plastic bag with the peanut butter and cut a small hole in one of the corners to create a homemade ‘piping bag’.

Lay out the Marie Biscuits so that the flat, smooth side is up and pipe a thumbnail size portion onto each biscuit. Top with another biscuit and sandwich together. Place the little sandwiches in the freezer for 1 hour.

Melt the chocolate over a double boiler until smooth. Remove the Marie Biscuits from the freezer and using a fork, dip the sandwiches into the chocolate ensuring they are completely submerged and well coated. Place carefully onto a cooling rack with some paper paper underneath – to allow any excess chocolate to drip off. Place in the fridge for 30 mins to set before eating.
