Kickstart your weekend with refreshing and Summery lemon and blueberry fizz. You'll thank us later. If you're not doing Dry January, sneak in a tot of your favourite gin! Happy Hour - sorted. 



Make a big batch of chicken and mushroom penne in a mustard and brandy sauce and watch the plates get licked clean. 




 Rise and shine with a breakfast of champions: Baked eggs with chorizo, salsa and crispy polenta squares




Kids (and adults) will go gaga for these cheesy bacon and sweet pepper jaffles. Great as a snack or an easy, fuss-free dinner.




Veggie lovers, you'll adore these grilled mushrooms on toast with spinach and goat's cheese. The final finish? A sweet and herby basil dressing. Yum!

 



Say hello to our take on fudge... a low carb, sugar-free version that incorporates cream cheese and avo. Try it! You won't be disappointed.
