Ingredients (13)

300 g pork mince
2,5 ml cumin — seeds
2,5 ml coriander — ground
fresh parsley — handful
SAUCE
1 onion — chopped
400 g tomato purée
15 ml vinegar — white wine
15 ml Worcestershire sauce
15 ml sugar
5 ml dried chilli flakes
5 ml cayenne pepper
400 g baked beans — tin
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

This goes well with your favourite starch.

1. Place pork, cumin, coriander and parsley in a bowl and mix. Roll mince into the size of golf balls and place in the fridge.

2. Place a pan over medium heat, add oil and fry the onion until soft. Add the tomato purée, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.

3. Add the spices and beans and simmer for 10 more minutes.

4. Gently drop in the mince balls and simmer for 10 minutes. Season and serve.
